The President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko confirmed today, on Friday, that representatives of Ukraine held secret telephone conversations with the President of Russia Vladimir Putin. "There were telephone conversations, I will not comment on them, it’s a personal matter for each," Lukashenko told reporters. He added that he was informed about these calls and that it does not absolve their special services.
